The essential bb_session cookie keeps your browser connected to your celebration and host access. It is required for the app to work.
The bb_lang cookie saves your language for up to one year; bb_session lasts up to 90 days by default. The bb_analytics_consent cookie saves your website analytics choice for up to 180 days. These defaults may be shortened by browser settings. PostHog uses no device cookies or identifiers.
The server sends only aggregate product counts to PostHog EU. We do not use its browser SDK, personal profiles, persistent visitor IDs or analytics cookies. Names, answers, photos and private links are excluded.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to the public home and creation pages and creation-link clicks. It is not loaded on private celebration pages.
We measure creation started, creation completed and sharing initiated as aggregate counts. A sharing attempt does not mean a message was sent. Counts cannot reconstruct an individual visitor’s journey.
Analytics preferences last up to 180 days by default. Vendor data retention depends on the configured account settings. You can reopen Analytics preferences here at any time.
Google Analytics and browser product analytics are disabled in our iOS and Android apps. Optional celebration reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Server metrics contain hourly action counts, grouped by platform and celebration type, without visitor or attempt identifiers; small groups are suppressed.
