Deleting an event or participation

Organizers can delete an event from their host space. This disables its links and removes its stored event data and uploaded photos from the active service. Guests can remove their own participation and suggestions. Deletion cannot recall copies that other people have downloaded or shared.
Email our support address with your request. We may verify your connection to an event securely. Do not email private management links. We normally respond within one month; complex requests may require a lawful extension after notification. You may complain to the AEPD.
We keep encrypted backups with Koofr, a storage provider in the EU, so celebrations can be recovered after a failure. Each backup is deleted automatically after 30 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup for up to 30 days. Deletion records are applied before any backup is restored to public service.
